What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled rental will receive a refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations without the required 24-hour notice.
Is Alcohol or Drugs permitted?
Alcohol/Drugs are strictly prohibited. The regulations governing drug or alcohol consumption on the water are identical to those on the road, and enforcement is carried out by the local Police Department.
Do you offer multi-day bookings?
We do offer multi-day bookings, please call to discuss and book.
Which launch locations do you offer?
We are based on the Okanagan Lake. Offering launch options at Gellatly Bay, King Taps and Eldorado. Contact us for more boat launch options.
Do you need to bring our own Lifejackets?
No, we provide fitted Personal flotation devices as a part of our onboarding to the appointment. If you wish to bring your own, you may as long as they are proper safety standards.
Do the rentals include Fuel?
The watercrafts will be provided with a full fuel tank, All watercrafts require to be returned full at the end of the rental appointment. Any additional fueling throughout the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.
Note: Gellatly Bay Boat Launch will charge for fuel accordingly as there is no fuel station on the water nearby.
Do you need a boat license?
No but our best practice is to provide you with a temporary boating license for the duration of your rental with us.
What payment methods do you offer?
In order to secure the damage deposit, a credit card will be necessary. However, for the initial rental payment, we accept various forms of payment including credit, debit or cash.
What are the age requirements to rent?
For our watercraft rentals, our age requirement is 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. For Paddle board rentals, our age requirement is 16 years of age. Any children need to be accompanied by an adult.
